Initiate Your Request
Log into your VGN account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund or exchange.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
